These sectors include clean technology\, ICT\, and biotechnology. Stephen has shared his views on many of these issues as a guest writer for GLOBE-net and Corporate Knights Canada and has also consulted for state-level governments across the Pacific Northwest when he was a senior economics consultant for GLOBE Advisors.
