SUMMARY:2020 09 30 Future of Air Transportation - Virtual Discussion
DESCRIPTION:As one of the first industries to feel the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic\, the air transportation sector\, including airports\, airlines\, and others in that ecosystem\, will undoubtedly be one of the last to fully recover. Before the pandemic\, the sector employed about 141\,000 Canadians and flew upwards of 70 million passengers per year. Today\, that number has plummeted almost overnight as airlines and airports grapple with new economic realities. However\, as Canada begins emerging from the depths of the pandemic\, industry leaders are finding new and innovative ways to instill consumer confidence and start returning to pre-pandemic levels. Our conversation will address those ways and focus on how Canada's air transport sector can continue to demonstrate leadership in this regard.\n\n \n\n register @\n\n https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/future-of-transportation-air-tickets-118656335293
