Network with members of our business community and get first-hand insight about the Surrey Police Service from our special guest speaker Chief Constable Lipinski.\n\n \n\nNORM LIPINSKI joined Surrey Police Service as Chief Constable in December 2020. \n\nPrior to that he served as a Deputy Chief Constable in Delta Police Department\, an Assistant Commissioner in the RCMP\, and as a Deputy Chief Constable in the Edmonton Police Service. \n\n \n\nChief Lipinski holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA)\, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) and is an Officer of the Order of Merit of the Police Forces (OOM). \n\nChief Lipinski is a member of the Law Society of BC\, the BC Association of Chiefs of Police and the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police.
