Pillarstone Skin & Co. is a private skin and wellness studio rooted in the belief that healthy skin is built over time—with intention, knowledge, and care that goes beyond the surface.

Founded by Allyson O’Brien, a Clinical Aesthetician with over two decades of experience in advanced nutrition, skin care and oncology esthetics, Pillarstone was created to offer a more thoughtful and grounded approach to skin health. Inspired by the strength and permanence of ancient standing stones, the studio reflects a commitment to steady, results-driven care that supports the skin through every stage of life.

At Pillarstone, we blend advanced aesthetic treatments with a holistic understanding of the body. Recognizing the connection between skin, internal health, and lifestyle, our approach integrates clinical expertise with a functional, inside-out philosophy—including nutritional counselling services designed to support skin health, digestion, and overall well-being.
